Our 1st Year Cruise Ship Hotel and Restaurant Services (CSHRS) students took part in their Bread and Pastry Production NC II Pre-Assessment, showcasing their skills and knowledge in preparing and producing quality bakery and cake product. The activity serves as an important step in assessing their readiness and preparing them for the TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) competency assessment.

Through hands-on training, practical activities, and industry-based assessments, students are given opportunities to develop skills that can open doors to future careers in the culinary and hospitality industry. ๐Ÿžโœจ
