The Quality Management System (QMS) of Wesleyan University-Philippines (WUP) convened a retooling workshop on Risk-Based Analysis for both academic and administrative services.

Designed to foster continuous improvement and reinforce the institution’s commitment to the ISO 9001:2015, the initiative provided critical instruction on risk assessment methodologies, formulation of quality objectives, and tactical planning. Technical Innovation Officer Dr. Ryan John De Lara and Lead Auditor Engr. Harry Bert Rolle shared their expertise, supported by QMS Deputy Dr. Carissa Balaria, Document Control Officer Mr. Xavier Corpus, and the Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Management System.

The primary objective of the session was to review core ISO 9001:2015 guidelines and ensure that departmental quality objectives/tactical plans directly align with the University’s vision, mission, and core values. Attendees included academic and administrative department heads, ISO and QA coordinators, and selected faculty and staff.

Our dedicated team of Document Custodians and QA Coordinators underwent intensive retooling to further strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS). By refining our document control processes and aligning with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
