✅Letter of application/intent
✅Certified true copy of report card with 1st to 3rd quarter grades signed by the school head
✅Certificate of good moral character signed by the school head

Read the guidelines for each activity so that you will be guided accordingly. You may go to your respective Science teachers if you have any concerns regarding the activities.
