ANNOUNCEMENT | DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF COMPLETION FORMS

The University Registrar’s Office reminds all concerned faculty members and students of the deadline for the submission of Completion Forms covering the Summer/Midyear of AY 2024–2025.

Deadline: August 17, 2026 (Monday)

Please ensure that all required completion forms are properly accomplished and submitted on or before the deadline.

For concerns and further information, please coordinate with the University Registrar’s Office.

Classes at all levels resume tomorrow, August 11, 2026.

Students who cannot attend classes due to flooding should inform their respective teachers, instructors, deans, or principals.

Classes at all levels at Wesleyan University-Philippines are suspended tomorrow, August 10, 2026, except for the John Wesley School of Law and Governance and the College of Medicine, which shall be at the discretion of their respective deans.

Offices at WUP are open for all transactions.

Class suspension is in line with the announcement by the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija.

Treasury, Accounting, and Crisis Management Committee Offices
are on skeletal operations today, August 3, 2026, to accommodate essential transactions only.

ALL OTHER OFFICE OPERATIONS ARE SUSPENDED. NO ONE, EXCEPT THE SKELETAL FORCE AND THOSE WITH ESSENTIAL TRANSACTIONS WITH THE ABOVE-MENTIONED OFFICES, WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE CAMPUS.

Please plan your visit to the University to avoid any inconvenience.

Face-to-face Classes Suspended (All Levels)

Mode of instruction will temporarily shift to synchronous or asynchronous mode. Students are advised to contact their teachers/instructors or their respective colleges and departments.

Suspension is due to the effects of Tropical Depression Luis and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, and in line with the class suspension announced by the City Government of Cabanatuan.
