We extend our sincerest gratitude to Municipal Mayor Hon. Jose Philip "JP" F. Calderon of the Municipality of Mallig for sending a dedicated team to benchmark the Education Programs of Lgu Cabagan.

Thank you to LYDO Bryan Balagan , Ms. Kristine KJ Agriam, and Mr. James Escobar for taking the time to learn, collaborate, and exchange meaningful insights with us. Your visit to the Municipal Education Office, Cabagan Municipal Library, Digital Transformation Center, HOB Library, Inclusive Learning Resource Center, and the Book Drive Corner in Cabagan Xentro Mall made the benchmarking activity truly comprehensive and impactful.

Your team’s enthusiasm and commitment to advancing youth and education initiatives reflect Mallig’s strong dedication to public service. This visit opened new opportunities for shared innovation and growth.

This is your chance to give your pre-loved books a new purpose, as all donated books will officially become part of the Cabagan Municipal Library collection for public use.

What to Donate: We welcome new and gently used books of all types and for all ages (Children's, Fiction, Non-Fiction, Educational, etc.).
By donating, you are directly helping to expand the resources available to every reader in Cabagan! Let's build a richer, more diverse collection for our Municipal Library together!

Provincial Administrator Atty. Christopher A. Mamauag graced the Solano Education Summit as a resource speaker, marking a meaningful step toward strengthening our shared commitment to quality education. Joined by his supportive wife, Mayor Mila A. Mamauag, he shared personal experiences that shaped his passion for championing education programs and strengthening LGU support. Mayor Mila continues to uphold and elevate these education initiatives, constantly leveling them up to meet the growing challenges faced by our learning communities.

Atty. Mamauag reminded everyone that this commitment is not just a responsibility, but a promise to fill the gaps so that no child is left behind. September 15, 2025 — We officially inaugurated the extension of Inclusive Learning Resource Center Building, a 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLIF) project of our LGU.
This expansion is more than just a building—it is a home where children with special needs can grow, learn, and reach their fullest potential.
Our heartfelt thanks to PA Topi Mamauag for this lasting legacy, and to Mayor Mila A. Mamauag for her unwavering support for the children of Cabagan.
