was successfully held on July 17, 2026 at NormiTel. It was a meaningful gathering focused on strengthening our mindset and preparing us for life beyond college.

The seminar was filled with valuable insights, real-life lessons, and interactive, engaging discussions that reminded us how important mental health and self-care are in our journey. Everyone had the chance to reflect, learn, and grow together.
