Please be informed that classes at Mindanao Institute are suspended tomorrow, August 14, 2026, due to extreme heat conditions.

Face to face Classes will remain suspended until further notice and will resume only once an official announcement is made by the Administration. During this time, learning will continue through modular instruction and worksheets, which will be facilitated by the subject teachers.

Additionally, the Intramural Meet 2026 and Buwan ng Wika Celebration have been rescheduled to August 24–28, 2026.

Please stay safe, keep hydrated, and await further updates.

Please be informed that classes at Mindanao Institute are suspended effective this afternoon, August 12, 2026, and tomorrow, August 13, 2026, due to the extreme heat conditions.

Everyone is advised to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged exposure to the heat, and remain in a safe and cool place whenever possible.
Regular classes will resume once conditions are deemed safe.

The entire Mindanao Institute community mourns the passing of Mr. Joseph B Tumanlas, whose dedicated years of service as Principal and later as School Director left an enduring legacy of faithful leadership, excellence, and commitment to Christian education. His life was a testimony of integrity, humility, and unwavering dedication to the mission of Mindanao Institute.

‎As an expression of our profound grief, respect, and gratitude for his invaluable contributios to the institution, the Mindanao Institute flag is flown at half-mast. May this simple gesture remind us of his lasting impact on the lives of countless students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the entire school community.
