RESUMPTION OF CLASSES ON A HALF-DAY BASIS

Please be informed that classes in all grade levels will resume on a half-day basis, from 7:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M., effective August 18, 2026 until September 1, 2026.

Please be guided accordingly.

REMINDER: CLASS SUSPENSION

In consideration of the extreme heat and to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners, face-to-face classes are suspended today, August 17, 2026.

As announced by Mayor Judy P. Amante, the suspension is a temporary measure due to the prevailing heat conditions. Face-to-face classes will resume once the suspension period ends, following the guidance and announcement of the City Government and DepEd.

For today, Del Pilarians are encouraged to stay indoors when possible, rest, and keep well-hydrated. ๐Ÿ’ง Please drink plenty of water, avoid prolonged exposure to the heat, and take care of yourselves.

Super Batang Kalasag School-Based Youth Forum 2026 | August 12, 2026

Del Pilar National High School proudly participated in the Super Batang Kalasag School-Based Youth Forum 2026, held at the Brgy. Del Pilar Evacuation Center, bringing together learners in an engaging and meaningful learning experience focused on disaster preparedness, school safety and security, mental health and psychosocial support, basic first aid, hands-only CPR, crisis management, leadership, teamwork, and responsible citizenship.

Through this initiative, our learners were empowered to become more informed, prepared, and socially responsible young leaders who can contribute to the safety and resilience of their school and community.

We proudly recognize and commend our Student Facilitators for their active participation, dedication, and leadership in making the activity meaningful and successful.

Special appreciation also goes to our School Principal, Mario Jickey C. Perang, and School DRRM Focal, Glenn E. Malabad, for their continued guidance and commitment to strengthening disaster preparedness and resilience in Del Pilar National High School.
