The Candelaria Institute of Technology of Cabadbaran, Inc. (CITCI) successfully held a meaningful Mental Health Symposium, providing students with valuable knowledge and awareness on the importance of mental health, emotional well-being, and the significance of supporting one another.
The symposium served as an avenue for students to learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversations about mental health. It reminded us that behind every smile is a story, and that sometimes, the simplest acts of listening, understanding, and offering support can make a meaningful difference. ๐
The highlight of the symposium was the insightful discussion delivered by our Guest Speaker, Ms. Sharon Mae B. Villanueva, who shared valuable perspectives on mental health and well-being. The program was also graced by Ms. Maria Lavella J. Torregosa, who delivered the Welcome Message, and Ms. Regine Mae Morgado, Program Head, who gave the Closing Remarks
This meaningful gathering was made possible through the support and guidance of the CITCI administration, faculty, staff, and student leaders. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this symposium a meaningful and impactful experience for our students.
May the conversations we started continue beyond this symposium. Together, let us break the stigma, foster understanding, and build a community where everyone feels heard, valued, supported, and cared for.๐
