Lusong ES and NHS Celebrate World Teacher’s Day with Fun and Gratitude

Lusong Elementary School and National High School joyfully celebrate World Teacher’s Day with deep appreciation for their devoted educators. The event becomes more meaningful through the generosity of Mayor Judy Chin Amante, who sends representatives to deliver five kilos of rice to each teacher as a token of gratitude. Meanwhile, representatives from the Schools Division of Cabadbaran City, led by Mr. Joel S. Nakila with Mr. Christopher Ortillano and Ms. Maria Mitchie T. Malazarte, also join the celebration. In addition, they personally extend warm greetings and distribute tokens of appreciation to the teachers. As a result, their visit uplifts the educators and reminds them of their vital role in shaping young minds. Afterwards, teachers participate in lively games and fun activities that promote joy and camaraderie. Furthermore, the event’s cheerful atmosphere strengthens the bond within the school community. It also highlights the teachers’ dedication not only as mentors but also as second parents and role models. Overall, the celebration serves as a day of rest, laughter, and recognition for their hard work. TOGETHER WE STRIVE, TOGETHER WE THRIVE! ✨️

Lusong National High School proudly launched the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program on September 15, 2025, at Sitio Lusong, Puting Bato, Cabadbaran City. The program emphasizes essential skills while instilling perseverance, confidence, and hope in every student.

Central to this initiative are the teachers, who serve as the foundation of ARAL’s success. Beyond academics, they dedicate hours to preparing meaningful lessons, creating interventions, and curating activities that not only strengthen academic performance but also build character and teamwork. Their role highlights the truth that education is not simply about instruction but about empowering learners to believe in themselves and their dreams.
