The students listed may claim their grant starting December 17, 2025, until Thursday, December 18, 2025, at the Cashier’s Office.
Bring a photocopy of your ID with 3 signatures affixed.

For those who are unable to claim their grant personally, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is required for an authorized representative to claim on their behalf. Authorization letters will NOT be accepted.

Note: Don’t forget to sign the payroll at the OAS to avoid being blocked from your student clearance.
