Before the enrollment period begins, please make sure that your Online Clearance has been completed through the MySchool Portal.

Follow these steps:

✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 – 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
Log in to the MySchool Portal and ensure that you have no "Blocked" status or outstanding accountabilities in the Online Enrollment module. If you have any deficiencies, settle them with the concerned office before proceeding.

✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 – 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Access the Online Enrollment module in the MySchool Portal and submit your enrollment application.

✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 – 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Your Program Adviser will evaluate your courses. After approval, the assigned department encoder will enlist and validate your courses in the enrollment system.

✅𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰 – 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗢𝗥)
Once your enrollment has been successfully validated, your Certificate of Registration (COR) will be available in the MySchool Portal. You may also request a printed copy from your respective college, if needed.

📌𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
☑️Complete your Online Clearance before the enrollment period to avoid delays.
☑️Enroll only within your assigned schedule (July 20–24, 2026).
☑️Regularly check your MySchool Portal for updates regarding your enrollment status.
☑️If you encounter technical concerns or have enrollment-related inquiries, please contact the Office of the Campus Registrar or your respective college.

First Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027

To clarify the confusion from our previous post on the Enrollment Schedules, please note that these guidelines apply only after you have successfully submitted your admission/entrance credentials to the Office of the Campus Registrar.

Once your documents have been received, simply follow these steps:

✅ 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Your respective Department will evaluate and validate your enrollment. No personal appearance is required.

💻 Check your MySchool Portal – Log in regularly at https://myschool.csucc.edu.ph to monitor your enrollment status.

📚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁– Once your class schedule appears in your MySchool account, your enrollment has been successfully validated and confirmed.

🖨️ 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗢𝗥) – Printing your COR is optional. If you need a printed copy for official purposes (e.g., scholarship applications), you may request one from your respective College.

Caraga State University informs all incoming and continuing students of the enrollment schedules for the First Semester, AY 2026–2027.

📌 Enrollment of Incoming First-Year Students
🗓 June 22 – July 3, 2026

📌 Enrollment of Old Regular Students
🗓 July 20 – 24, 2026

📌 Enrollment of All Students
🗓 July 29 – August 1, 2026
August 1 is designated exclusively for graduate students.

Students are encouraged to prepare their enrollment requirements in advance and follow the schedule accordingly.
