The official page of the Office of the Campus Registrar of Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus.

The Office of the Campus Registrar is the repository of student records, which are highly important and delicate documents. It shall function in support of other academic units by fulfilling the mandate of maintaining and preserving the academic records of the students in the University. This function is bound particularly by the fundamental services of Student Registration, Document Processing, Curricular Management, Student Evaluation, and Records and Data Management.

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: Regular face-to-face classes in both campuses of Caraga State University will resume on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, the Office of the University President announced today.

The University President issued Memorandum No. 269, s. 2026, which supersedes previous University issuances on the temporary suspension or modification of face-to-face classes due to prevailing heat conditions.

In the said memo, all faculty members are instructed to report physically to their respective campuses, adding that faculty and students are advised to observe appropriate precautions against heat-related risks.

Meanwhile, for the Laboratory High School in CarSU Cabadbaran Campus, the campus administration will determine appropriate learning modality in accordance with the advisory from the Cabadbaran City Government.

Before heading to the Office of the Registrar, please keep these important steps in mind:

✔ Ensure your online clearance is cleared/unblocked.
✔ Bring one (1) documentary stamp for each requested document.
✔ Register at the QMS kiosk when transacting at the office, and wait for your queue number to be called.

Please be guided by the official office hours of the Office of the Campus Registrar, Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus, effective August 17-21, 2026, in accordance with OP Memorandum No. 116, s. 2026.

In view of the Special Non-Working Holiday for Ninoy Aquino Day on Friday, August 21, 2026, office operations will observe the following schedule:

🗓 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 - 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: Face-to-Face classes for the undergraduate Golden Paddlers at both campuses remain SUSPENDED due to the persistently high heat index in the region. OP Memorandum No. 262, s. 2026 is released today for dissemination, following the announcements of the City Governments of Butuan and Cabadbaran.

However, Golden Paddlers from the School of Medicine (SOM) and the Graduate School (GS) may conduct in-person classes when appropriate, following careful assessment of protective measures to ensure student safety and comfort.

Personnel, both teaching and non-teaching, will still physically report to their respective campuses. Full details are reflected in the Memorandum.

𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: Pursuant to Memorandum No. 259, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the University President and in compliance with Cabadbaran City Government’s recent advisory, Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus suspends face-to-face classes and will implement online classes under the Flexible Teaching and Learning modalities.

This class arrangement is effective August 13, 2026, until further notice.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: Please be informed that the earlier advisory regarding the shift to online synchronous/asynchronous teaching and learning modality is hereby CANCELLED.

Upon further evaluation by the University of the scope and applicability of the announced class suspension, as well as the prevailing conditions on campus, classes shall proceed through the regular face-to-face teaching and learning modality.

As a higher education institution, the University shall continue to exercise its institutional authority in determining the appropriate learning modality, consistent with applicable government and University policies and taking into consideration the safety and well-being of its students and personnel.

Regular face-to-face classes shall continue unless otherwise advised by the University.

The Office of the Campus Registrar announces that the Transcript of Records (TOR) and Certificate Requirements for the application for Honor Graduate Eligibility pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 907 are ready for release on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬–𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆–𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆).

Please claim your documents according to your college's assigned schedule. You may visit the Office of the Campus Registrar at any time during your college's scheduled day.
