Why BTVTEd?

โ€œWhat started as simple curiosity has become a genuine passionโ€”Electronics has become my joy. From soldering components to exploring the deeper 'whys' behind it all, Iโ€™ve come to appreciate how electronics allow us to create, innovate, and improve lives. Whether it's crafting something better than what's commercially available or simply building something cool, electronics offer endless possibilities.
My hobbies in this field continue to fuel my curiosity and fill the gaps between schoolwork and real-world application. At first, I thought Electronics was just about fixing radios or TVsโ€”but now, I see it as a gateway to understanding how technology truly works and how it shapes our world.
As they say, 'Ang elektrisidad mao ang kinabuhi sa modernong pagkinabuhi, ug ang mga elektrisyan mao ang mga tigbantay sa agos niini.'
Indeed, through electronics, Iโ€™m learning not just to repairโ€”but to innovate, build, and empower."

Why BTVTEd?

Why BTVTEd?
โ€œTeaching wasnโ€™t my first career choice. I initially pursued a vocational course in Automotive Technology due to practical circumstances. However, over time, I discovered that my true calling is in teaching. That realization led me to choose the Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education major in Automotive Technology (BTVTEd-AT), as it perfectly aligns with both my technical background and my growing passion for educating others.โ€

Why BTLed Industrial Arts?

โ€œI chose BTLEd major in Industrial Arts because Iโ€™m passionate about learning hands-on skills and sharing that knowledge through teaching. What makes this program exciting is its focus on practical and technical skills such as woodworking, metalwork, plumbing, electrical installation, and moreโ€”making the learning process both fun and challenging.
BTLEd is like the โ€˜Jack of all trades.โ€™ It equips me with a wide range of competencies, preparing me not only to teach effectively but also to apply these valuable skills in real-life situations.โ€

Why BTVTEd?

โ€œAs a creative soul with a passion for fashion,
Iโ€™m always drawn to opportunities where I can express my individuality and style. I chose the BTVTED program because I want to show others that embracing your individuality is not only acceptableโ€”but empowering.
I hope to encourage people to be bold with their ideas, unleash their artistic flair, and let their creativity become a source of inspiration to others. I believe that staying true to yourself can lead you toward your dreams.
And through this journey, I also aspire to become an educatorโ€”someone who nurtures creativity and empowers others to believe in their own potential.
Sa ingon pa nila, โ€˜Ang kinabuhi murag panapton,
usa ka simpleng panapton nga mahimong nindot,
kung gisanayan ug hilo sa paglaum, gugma, ug paningkamot."

Why BTVTEd?

โ€œOther people say, โ€˜Ngano mag welding man ka? Para ra man na sa mga lalaki... Hoy! sayang ra kaayo imo beauty sa welding... Kaya diay nimo?โ€™ However, I chose Welding and Fabrication Technology because it is my passion. Iโ€™ve been in the TVL strand since high school, and ever since then, Iโ€™ve discovered how much I truly love welding. It has always felt creative, empowering, and fulfilling to me. Every time I weld,
I feel a strong sense of pride and purposeโ€”knowing Iโ€™m building something tangible and valuable with my hands. Itโ€™s more than just a skill; for me, itโ€™s a form of art and self-expression. I also chose this program because it offers two great opportunitiesโ€”you can work in the industry or teach and share your knowledge in welding. Through this journey,
I want to prove that welding isnโ€™t only for men. Being a woman doesnโ€™t limit what I can doโ€”it inspires me even more to break barriers and prove that anyone can succeed in any field as long as they are passionate and determined.โ€
