Filled with games, teamwork, laughter, and meaningful connections, the event welcomed the newest Isko and Iska into a community build with unity, friendship, and shared purpose.

The Office of the Chancellor of Mindanao State UniversityโZamboanga Sibugay has officially constituted the Campus Financial Planning Committee through Special Order No. 487-OC, Series of 2026, effective August 4, 2026.
The committee is tasked with supporting the University's financial planning initiatives under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance. It is chaired by Dr. Grace F. Empalmado, Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, with Asst. Prof. Gay Emelyn L. Lariosa serving as Secretary.
The committee is composed of representatives from key administrative offices, academic units, the Faculty Union, the Alumni Association, and the Supreme Student Council. Hon. Reymark Jhon D. Papaya, SSC President, has been designated as the official student representative.
Following the issuance of the Special Order, the committee convened its inaugural meeting on August 5, 2026, in the Chancellor's Conference Room to discuss priority financial planning matters and outline its initial course of action.

Mindanao State UniversityโZamboanga Sibugay has officially constituted its Academic Planning Committee through Special Order No. 491-OC, Series of 2026, reinforcing the Universityโs commitment to academic excellence, strategic planning, and institutional development.
The committee convened for its 15th meeting on August 4, 2026, following a directive from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. The meeting centered on advancing academic planning initiatives and strengthening the University's long-term educational goals.
SSC President Reymark Jhon Papaya serves on the committee as the official student representative, ensuring that the voice of the MSUโZamboanga Sibugay student body is represented and included in strategic academic decisions and policy discussions.

๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฌ | The Office of the Registrar has officially released the Schedule of Academic Activities for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026 to 2027.
The students are advised to take note of the following important dates:
โข Enrollment for Freshmen/New Students: July 20 to 24, 2026
โข Enrollment for Old Students: July 27 to 31, 2026
โข Start of Classes: August 3, 2026
โข Late Registration with Fines: August 3 to 7, 2026
โข Change/Add Matriculation and Validation Period: August 3 to 7, 2026
โข Last Day for Submission of Completion Grades: August 7, 2026
All students are encouraged to follow the prescribed schedule and complete all enrollment and academic requirements within the specified dates to ensure a smooth start to the semester.

It's a wrap for Week 2!
What started with crowded halls has steadily settled into an organized, efficient, and hassle-free process. A big salute to the Supreme Student Council leaders and enrollees for their patience and determination all week long.
As another successful week comes to a close, MSU-ZS moves one step closer to welcoming the academic community for the upcoming academic year.

The fourth day of sophomore, junior, and senior students' enrollment showed a quick and convenient process at every station, as enrollees followed the proper directions throughout the enrollment.
No matter how hard and tiring the day became, the SSC officers never stopped managing and assisting every enrollee, ensuring that no one was left confused until they proudly say, "I'M OFFICIALLY ENROLLED!!"
