Did you know??
your body can lose more than a liter of water per hour in extreme heat through sweat alone?
That’s why hydration becomes extra important during hot weather, especially between late morning and mid-afternoon, when temperatures peak. Waiting until you feel thirsty means your body is already slightly dehydrated.
A simple rule: don’t “chase thirst” prevent it. Drink water regularly, even if you’re not feeling it yet. Your energy, mood, and body temperature all depend on it!

Happy World Book Day! ✨📚
Today, we celebrate the magic found within pages, the stories that inspire us, the knowledge that empowers us, and the ideas that shape our future. Whether you’re diving into a novel, exploring research materials, or rediscovering a favorite classic, every book opens a new world.
Did you know? April 23 is also celebrated globally as World Book and Copyright Day, an international observance organized by UNESCO to promote reading, publishing, and copyright. It is also known as the International Day of the Book, commemorating renowned authors like William Shakespeare.
Let’s continue to promote a culture of reading, learning, and sharing. 📖💡
