Students are advised to claim their refunds only on their designated schedule to ensure an organized and efficient process. Please bring a valid school ID or receipt for verification purposes.

The University Student Enterprise Development Council (𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐃𝐂) is pleased to announce that the Class Rings for Batch 1 will be available for release starting tomorrow.

Students who wish to claim their class rings are advised to first settle any remaining obligations and complete their payment in full and Students who have completed their payment may now claim their Class Rings, Just bring with you your receipts during the scheduled release period.

We encourage all eligible students to claim their rings within the designated hours and coordinate with the assigned officers for an orderly and efficient distribution process.

To all students included in Batch 2 of the Class Ring:

During our previous meeting, it was announced that both Batch 1 and Batch 2 were already in process and would no longer be eligible for a refund.

However, after further assessment and coordination with the supplier, we regret to inform everyone that we will no longer proceed with Batch 2. Considering the interest of time and to avoid further inconvenience, we have decided to proceed with the refund process for all students under Batch 2.

We also acknowledge that there were lapses on our end, and we are committed to improving our coordination and processes to avoid similar concerns in the future.

This decision was made to prevent further delays and inconvenience for the students involved. Kindly wait for the official refund schedule per college, which will be announced soon.

The University Student Enterprise Development Council (𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐃𝐂) is now accepting 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 for the Class Ring — 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟏 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲.

The production of the rings is now 90% complete and is expected to be delivered on May 31, 2026.

We encourage all Batch 1 students to settle their remaining balance within the scheduled dates and times so that the rings can be claimed immediately upon delivery from the supplier.

Please be informed that Batch 1 includes students who have 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 and submitted all the required information, such as program details, ring size, and color preference.

Batch 2 includes students with 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 information, including missing program details, ring size, or color preference.

Additionally, due to an issue in our tracking process, some students with complete information were included in Batch 2 because their names were not immediately reflected in our digital tracker. Several records were only found in the physical documents, which caused some entries to be missed during the initial verification process.

Moreover, if you have already submitted your lacking details, you will still remain under Batch 2.

Our unit acknowledges the concerns regarding the class ring distribution/refund process. An emergency meeting was immediately conducted to address the matter, and the corresponding names, updates, and current status were presented to the concerned members.

During the meeting, we also encouraged everyone with concerns or clarifications to personally visit the office so that their issues could be properly addressed and resolved directly. However, despite this invitation, no one has formally reached out to the office for further clarification or assistance.

We, the officers, remain vigilant and committed to serving the students properly and responsibly. We are currently working diligently to resolve all pending concerns and requests as soon as possible.

We respectfully ask for everyone’s patience, understanding, and cooperation while the matter is being processed. During the emergency meeting, those present acknowledged and agreed with the ongoing resolution process.

At the same time, we strongly discourage the spreading of misleading statements, false accusations, or defamatory remarks online, as these may cause unnecessary confusion and damage to the reputation of individuals and the organization.

We remain committed to transparency, accountability, and the proper resolution of this matter.
