𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: In view of the recent earthquake and continued occurrences of aftershocks, the University shall implement Online Flexible Teaching and Learning (FTL) Modalities for both campuses, effective October 13-19, 2025, as precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its constituents.

All faculty members and administrative personnel are hereby directed to report onsite to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of services. For faculty members, coordination and close monitoring of their respective students are required to ensure the effective implementation of appropriate FTL modalities.

During this period, students are also not required to participate in any on-campus activities. However, those who wish to enter the campus for any valid reason must first secure an appointment with their Instructors/Professors and obtain clearance from the Campus Safety and Security Office.

The official memorandum from the Office of the University President following this announcement will be issued and disseminated through the appropriate communication channels.

All these measures are being undertaken to ensure the safety and well-being of all Golden Paddlers. Please be guided.
