Participation in the Stakeholders' Survey is 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙊𝙍𝙔 pursuant to 𝙊𝙎𝙒𝙀 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙢 𝙉𝙤. 62, 𝙨. 2026.

All stakeholders are strongly encouraged to accomplish the survey on or before the prescribed deadline. As stipulated in the Memorandum, currently enrolled students who fail to complete the survey within the prescribed period may be subject to the implementation of the University's clearance policy, including the blocking of clearance.

In preparation for the enrollment period, all students are hereby advised to take note of the 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐨-𝐃𝐚𝐲 and Clearance Unblocking Schedule from 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 6–21, 2026 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲).

Students with blocked clearances are encouraged to settle their deficiencies at the earliest opportunity to avoid delays in the enrollment process.

• Participation in the General Do-Day is a requirement for 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴.
• Students with blocked clearances may have their enrolled courses tagged as “𝗨𝗻𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱” (highlighted in red).
