(PUBLIC ADVISORY issued at 7AM, 19 Feb. 2013) DepEd-Butuan City Division has announced the suspension of classes at the pre-school and elementary levels in all public and private schools in Butuan City due to heavy rains brought by TD "CRISING". FSUU has announced the suspension of classes up to the secondary level.

Flood Alert Level 3 (CODE RED) is now in effect in Butuan City. Forced evacuation is now being enforced @ the RIVERSIDE AND OTHER FLOOD-AFFECTED BARANGAYS.
