All stakeholders are strongly encouraged to accomplish the survey on or before the prescribed deadline. As stipulated in the Memorandum, currently enrolled students who fail to complete the survey within the prescribed period may be subject to the implementation of the University's clearance policy, including the blocking of clearance.

The University Student Government officially opens the registration for the 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬, welcoming all students of CSU Main Campus to take part and witness one of the most anticipated highlights of the celebration.

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
• Open to all currently enrolled CSU Main Campus students

The meeting focused on the discussion of the University's organizational goals, USG office operations and management, the roles and responsibilities of cabinet members, the office hierarchy and structure, financial and auditing affairs, preparations for PANLANTAW 2026 and ENTRADA 2026, and other administrative matters essential to the effective delivery of student services, including the enhancement of the office's digital resources.

‎The University Student Government, together with the Local Student Government Secretaries, successfully convened the 1st USG and LSG Secretariat Coordination Meeting on July 16, 2026, at the H.E.R.O. Learning Commons – Board Room, to strengthen coordination and establish uniform administrative practices across all student governments.

‎Presided over by USG Executive Secretary Christian B. Cubillas, the meeting focused on the orientation of Administrative Orders Nos. 2627-003 to 2627-005, standardization of official letter formats, implementation of new document routing procedures, submission of accomplishment reports, and the proper preparation and processing of Special Orders (SO) and Executive Orders (EO). Additional matters concerning SANGKA files and documentary requirements were also discussed to further enhance organizational efficiency and accountability.

‎The coordination meeting reaffirmed the University Student Government's commitment to promoting excellence in documentation, transparency in governance, and collaboration among all Local Student Governments. Through strengthened coordination and standardized processes, the Secretariat continues to uphold quality public service in support of the CSU Main student community.
