The CSU Main University Student Government has formally submitted key concerns to the University Administration in line with its commitment to uphold student welfare and well-being.
A request for the ๐ญ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ has been raised due to the ongoing extreme heat conditions affecting students on campus. This initiative seeks to prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of CSUans while maintaining proper decorum through appropriate and presentable attire. The request also emphasizes the need for clear guidelines on acceptable clothing during this period, and has been formally submitted to the Office of the President (OP).
In addition, the USG has submitted a Letter of Complaint to the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF) regarding the tricycle fare being implemented within the campus. Reports indicate that some drivers are charging โฑ15.00 per passenger, prompting a request for verification of the approved fare rate, enforcement of compliance, and the implementation of monitoring measures to prevent overcharging.
These initiatives reflect the collective voice of the student body in advancing a safer, more accessible, and responsive campus environment. Updates will be shared as soon as official responses from the concerned offices are released.
