To be eligible to donate blood, you must:
✅ Be in good health and feeling well on the day of donation.
✅Be at least 16 years old (with parental consent) or 18+ without.
✅ Weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs)
✅ Have no recent tattoos, piercings, or surgeries within the last 6 months.
✅ Have no history of major illness or infectious diseases.
✅ Get at least 8 hours of sleep and eat a healthy meal before donating.
