𝗦𝗲𝗰. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀!

During the recently held Agrarian Reform Stakeholders' Empowerment and Partnership Summit on June 1, 2026, Sec Conrado Estrella III stressed that DAR is steadfast in his mandate by bringing the government closer to the people through continued provision of support services to and for the farmers.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: 𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀.

DAR Caraga, successfully distributed Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs), individual electronic land titles under Project SPLIT, and Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROMs) to thousands of agrarian reform beneficiaries in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur.

A total of 4,715 farmer-beneficiaries received land titles covering more than 10,600 hectares of agricultural land, while over ₱423 million worth of agrarian debts were condoned under the New Agrarian Emancipation Act, providing much-needed relief to 6,179 beneficiaries across the region.

To further support agricultural development, DAR also turned over a ₱1.5-million combine harvester to the Tagasaka Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative, reinforcing the Department’s commitment to improving farm productivity and advancing sustainable rural development.

Representing Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, Undersecretaries Atty. Kazel C. Celeste and Josef Angelo S. Martires, CESO II, led this momentous activity alongside Caraga Regional Director Atty. Merlita S. Capinpuyan.

Immediately after arriving, Usecs Celeste and Martires, along with Regional Director Atty. Merlita S. Capinpuyan, led the ceremonial ribbon cutting for the turnover of farm machines and equipment worth P1.5-M to the Tagasaka Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative under the Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support Program.

𝗔𝗧𝗠: 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Thousands of farmers will yet again be freed from the bo***ge of the soil through DAR’s land title distribution on June 2, 2026.

𝗦𝗲𝗰. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗠. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

By bringing the government closer to the people, Sec. Estrella will continue his Caraga leg by going to Tandag City for another life-changing event for our farmer beneficiaries on June 2, 2026.

DAR–Caraga marks another significant milestone with the official launch of the ROMATA Agrarian Reform Community (ARC) for Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, continuing the agency’s mandate to foster sustainable rural development and improving the lives of agrarian reform beneficiaries.

Led by Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, the event in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, likewise features the oath-taking of more than 700 Barangay Agrarian Reform Committee (BARC) members and the recognition of partner agencies, local government units, and stakeholders whose steadfast support has contributed to the successful implementation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program in Caraga.

The activity also highlights the rollout of multi-million various support service interventions, including marketing agreements, enterprise development initiatives, financing assistance, farm machinery and equipment, livestock support, and infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity and strengthening farmer organizations across the region.
