UAPSA-SJIT brings you the 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺: “𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀: 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨””—an educational seminar designed to introduce future professionals to the financial side of the construction industry.

This learning experience will cover key topics such as:

• 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀 (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)

• 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (Dealing with BIR)

• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (Direct vs Indirect Cost, Cost Overruns and Their Impact)

Open to Architecture students and graduating Engineering programs from the CEA Department, this seminar serves as a stepping stone toward becoming not only skilled designers, but financially equipped professionals

𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 | 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀🎨🫟

Last February 14, 2026, love was expressed not only through words, but through colors, compassion, and community. In celebration of National Arts Month, Sexual Abuse Awareness Month, and Valentine’s Day, UAPSA-SJIT, together with ASA, UAP Agusan Balanghai Chapter, in partnership with DSWD and generously sponsored by Davies Paints, conducted a heartfelt mural painting and gift-giving activity at the DSWD Home for Girls in Bonbon, Butuan City.

More than transforming walls, we shared moments of creativity, encouragement, and hope with the young girls—reminding them that they are seen, heard, valued, and deeply supported. Through every brushstroke and every smile, we reaffirmed our commitment to create safe spaces where healing and empowerment can begin.

𝗨𝗔𝗣𝗦𝗔-𝗦𝗝𝗜𝗧 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗗 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

UAPSA-SJIT was represented by six (6) delegates who attended the Area D Assembly 2026 on 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟳–𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at 𝗖 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗱, 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹, joining fellow UAPSA chapters from various universities and Institutions.

The assembly, held under the theme “Spear of Aurea: Forge in Legacy, Illuminating the Futures,” featured a series of engaging activities designed to promote leadership, collaboration, and professional growth among student architects. Highlights included the Amazing Race, Fellowship Night, and the Chapter Presidents Assembly, providing participants with opportunities to share best practices, foster camaraderie, and strengthen their commitment to the future of architecture.

Through their participation, UAPSA-SJIT delegates gained invaluable experiences and insights, furthering the chapter’s mission to cultivate excellence and innovation in the field of architecture.

In partnership with 𝗨𝗔𝗣 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 and 𝗗𝗦𝗪𝗗, and proudly sponsored by 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀, this mural painting initiative at the Home for Girls carries a message that matters:

With four (4) walls dedicated for UAPSA-SJIT volunteers, one (1) wall for the Home for Girls residents, and one (1) wall highlighting our partner institutions, this activity reflects unity between future architects, professionals, and community stakeholders.

Together, we build more than structures — we build safe spaces.

𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒: 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚 lit up the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and wow—it was pure energy!

Every corner of the course turned into a playground of adventure, laughter, and friendly competition. Teams dashed, strategized, and cheered their way through exciting challenges, showing off not just their speed and skills, but their creativity, courage, and unbreakable team spirit.

From fiery clues to tricky twists, every step was a chance to bond, inspire, and celebrate the joy of moving together toward a shared goal. By the finish line, it wasn’t just about winning—it was about the unforgettable memories, and the laughter that echoed through the trails.

The Trail of Flames truly proved that when teamwork meets determination, fun becomes legendary and camaraderie burns brighter than ever!
