The event opened with a parade led by the PDDNHS Drum and Lyre Corps, followed by an opening program where PDDES Principal Mr. Ruel Curilan welcomed all in attendance. Tiniwisan Barangay Captain Hon. Alma P. Tagalog and PDDNHS SPTA President Mrs. Lorena Velasco were present to join the school community for the occasion.

Activities featured a wellness zumba session, tree-planting, discussions on breaking gender stereotypes. PDDNHS Principal Mam Eleanor A. Masul emphasized the importance of the celebration.

In the afternoon, Ms. Elynor Sayson of Agusan National High School led a highly engaging symposium titled "Beyond the Classroom: Self-care, Mental Health, and Emotional Resilience for Women Teachers", with active participation from attendees sharing insights on prioritizing well-being in the teaching profession.

The event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of GAD Coordinators Ms. Jessa Tubil (PDDNHS) and Ms. Lord Jane Burlas (PDDES), who planned and organized all the activities.

The school expressed immense pride in every student who took part, highlighting the diverse talents displayed across different grade levels. Grade 7 students presented traditional Folk Dances, while Grade 8 showcased elegant Ballroom numbers. Grade 9 performed dynamic Festival Dances, and Grade 10 wowed the crowd with high-energy Cheerdance routines. Grade 11 students delivered culturally rich performances through their Cultural Dance presentations. Complementing the artistic displays were various sports activities that emphasized holistic student development.

The event’s success was attributed to the dedication of the MAPEH department, with special recognition given to MAPEH Coordinator Ms. Cristina Beronggoy for her hands-on leadership and unwavering commitment. The school also extended gratitude to all teaching and non-teaching staff for their support, as well as to Principal Ma’am Eleanor Masul, whose guidance and backing made the activity possible.

This celebration served as a powerful testament to the school’s commitment to nurturing both artistic expression and physical wellness among its learners, reinforcing the role of culture and sports in shaping well-rounded individuals who embody truth and courage.

The celebration kicked off with a meaningful gift-giving segment, where students from the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Agricrop strand presented carefully cultivated harvests and agricultural products to all teachers. The offerings served as both a token of gratitude and a showcase of the practical skills students have developed through their specialized coursework, highlighting the program’s focus on real-world application. Following the gift presentation, the school hosted an upbeat Zumba session that brought together educators and learners in a lively, active bonding experience, infusing the campus with energy and fostering closer ties across the school community.

Mrs. Evelyn Rapsing and the school’s TVL teachers spearheaded the facilitation of the event activities. Ms. Dharvee Queen T. Layo, Supreme Secondary Learners Government (SSLG) Adviser, and SSLG officers were instrumental in planning and executing the initiative, with additional support from the school’s Boy Scout unit and the broader student body.

The school extends special thanks to all stakeholders who contributed donation goods, recognizing their vital partnership in supporting the school’s efforts to honor its teaching staff.

The event would not have been possible without the full support of School Principal Ma'am Eleanor Masul, who emphasized the importance of recognizing teachers’ contributions to student growth.

The event is a key highlight of the 22nd National Dental Health Month, themed "Dentista’y Kaagapay sa Ngiting Walang Humpay." Organized by the Philippine Dental Association (PDA), the initiative serves as a strategic effort to combat the high prevalence of dental caries among Filipino students nationwide.

The activity was successfully facilitated by Ms. Melba Custo, one of the school's TLE teachers and the WinS (Wash in Schools) Coordinator. Her leadership ensured that the drills were properly organized and that learners were equipped with the necessary knowledge for maintaining oral hygiene.

Through this engagement, Pedro D. Duncano NHS reaffirms its dedication to fostering a healthy campus environment where essential hygiene is prioritized alongside academic excellence.

The installation was administered by Mr. Rey Collado, North District PSDS, with Dr. Fe Varona, CBD2 PSDS, in attendance. The event was joined by the Barangay Council led by Hon. Alma P. Tagalog, SPTA President Ma. Lorena Velasco, SSLG President Ma. Chris Lawrence Gionson, North District and CBD2 school heads, and visitors from Agusan National High School.

Stakeholders expressed appreciation for Engr. Moralda’s service and conveyed enthusiasm and support for Mrs. Masul’s leadership as the school begins a new chapter.
