A monitoring and feedback activity was conducted today at Ampayon Community-Based Learning Center by Ma’am Anamarie L. Ceniza (EPS–ALS) and Sir Leonel Obiedo (EPSA–II).

The team assessed the center’s operations, observed the learning environment, and provided professional feedback to further strengthen ALS delivery in the community. ALS Updates Discussed with Anticala Barangay Captain‼️

ANTICALA, BUTUAN CITY — Ma’am Aiza Bulactin met with Brgy. Captain of Anticala to discuss the latest updates on the implementation of Alternative Learning System (ALS) programs and projects in the community.

The conversation covered current progress, ongoing activities, and plans to expand and strengthen ALS services for Anticala’s out-of-school youth and adult learners. It also ensured close coordination between the ALS team and barangay leadership—aligning efforts, addressing local needs, and keeping the community fully informed and engaged.

This regular dialogue strengthens the partnership needed to make accessible, quality education truly reach every learner in Anticala.

ALS Mentoring & Feedback Sessions Strengthen East Butuan District-I Implementers‼️

👉🏼Dr. Romar B. Amolo, ALS Master Teacher, conducted regular mentoring and feedback sessions with all Alternative Learning System implementers of East Butuan District-I. Held at Ampayon CBLC every at the end of the month, the activity serves as a consistent platform for professional guidance, performance review, and continuous improvement.

During the sessions, Dr. Amolo provided constructive feedback on implementation progress, instructional delivery, and community engagement efforts. He also offered targeted mentoring to address challenges encountered in the field, shared best practices across Community-Based Learning Centers, and reinforced standards for quality non-formal education.

This monthly practice ensures that ALS implementers remain supported, aligned, and empowered—turning experiences into growth and helping every staff member better serve out-of-school youth and adult learners throughout the district.

ALS Senior High School Teacher Makes Courtesy Call to De Oro Barangay Captain‼️

👉🏼Newly assigned ALS Senior High School Teacher Ma’am Juayma O. Agcopra paid a formal courtesy call on Hon. Randy Jagunos, Barangay Captain of De Oro, to discuss the opening of the ALS Senior High School Program within the barangay.

The visit marked an important first step toward bringing accessible senior high education to De Oro’s out-of-school youth and adult learners. Ma’am Agcopra presented the program’s goals, target beneficiaries, and operational needs, while Captain Jagunos expressed his full support and commitment to making the initiative a success for the community.

Both parties agreed to work closely together—identifying a suitable learning space, coordinating community outreach, and ensuring smooth implementation—so that residents of De Oro no longer need to travel far to pursue senior high education.

This partnership paves the way for more inclusive learning opportunities, bringing quality education closer to the people and empowering the youth and adults of De Oro toward brighter futures.

ALS Senior High School Learning Sessions Held at De Oro CBLC and Home for Boys‼️

👉🏼Regular learning sessions for the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Senior High School Program were successfully conducted at De Oro Community-Based Learning Center (CBLC) and Home for Boys, led by assigned ALS Senior High School Teacher Ma’am Juayma O. Agcopra.

The sessions brought structured, accessible instruction directly to learners—many of whom are out-of-school youth and adults—ensuring they receive quality education regardless of their circumstances. Ma’am Agcopra guided learners through lessons, clarified difficult topics, and provided the academic support they need to progress toward completing their senior high school education.
