The Academy proudly welcomed Capt. Christopher R. Penaflor, Cadet Training Superintendent, and Atty. Princess Nice Subla, Cadet Planner of V.Ships. Recognizing cadets who successfully earned their place in the V.Ships Cadetship Program.

Atty. Subla welcomed the newly pinned cadets into the V.Ships family, marking the beginning of their professional journey as members of the company's Cadetship Program. More than a symbol of achievement, the pin marks the beginning of a professional voyageโ€”one that reflects the SJITโ€™s commitment to producing Future Ready maritime professionals.

The Saint Joseph Institute of Technology โ€“ Maritime Academy will hold a Mandatory general orientation for the freshmen cadets along with their parents and guardians on July 24, 2026, at 1300H in SJIT-MA Mess hall. Some of the topics of the orientation include: introduction of the clubs and organizations of the academy, presentation of activities, and many more. An open house opportunity will also be conducted, but not compulsory, at 1000H-1200H. See you there, cadets!
