Due to unforeseen circumstances and unconfirmed attendance from some batches, the Homecoming Grand Alumni event, originally scheduled for July 29, 2023, will regrettably have to be POSTPONE. We understand the significance of this event in reconnecting with old friends and celebrating cherished memories, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our priority is to ensure that all alumni have the opportunity to participate in this momentous occasion. To that end, we are actively working on confirming the availability of all batches and determining a suitable date for the rescheduled event.

Rest assured, our organizing committee is putting in every effort to finalize the new date as soon as possible. We will keep you updated through our official page.

We kindly request your understanding and patience during this time of adjustment. We want to ensure that the Homecoming Grand Alumni event will be a memorable and joyous occasion for everyone, and your presence is an integral part of that.

Hello everyone! We are excited to announce that we are open for a T-shirt design contest for all batches with graphic design skills. We are searching for a winning design that will be used as the official T-shirt design during the Grand Alumni Homecoming in 2023.

The contest is open to all alumni who have a passion for graphic design and want to showcase their creativity. Whether you graduated recently or years ago, this is your chance to leave your mark on this special event.

Here are the details of the contest:

Theme: "Reviving the legacy: Reunite. Reminisce. Relive."

Submission Guidelines:

1. Designs must be original and unpublished.
2. You can submit up to two designs per person.
3. Designs should be in a digital format, preferably in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG), or high-resolution raster format (PNG or JPEG).
4. Please include your name, batch, and contact information along with your design.

Submission Deadline: July 08, 2023 (Saturday) and send via email: [email protected]

Winner Selection:

1. The designs will be reviewed by a panel of judges consisting of alumni and event organizers.
2. The winning design will be chosen based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and its potential appeal to the alumni community.
3. The winner will be notified via email or phone.

Prize:

1. The winner will receive cash prize, certificate and recognition at the event.
2. The winning design will be featured on the official T-shirts distributed during the Grand Alumni Homecoming 2023.
3. The winner will be acknowledged and recognized during the event.

Note: By submitting your design, you grant the event organizers the right to use and modify the design for promotional purposes related to the Grand Alumni Homecoming.

HOMECOMING GRAND ALUMNI CONFIRMATION

Dear ACLC Alumni,

We are excited to announce that our Homecoming Grand alumni event will be held on June 17, 2023 at Inland Resort Convention Hall. It's time to reconnect and reminisce with your fellow alumni as we celebrate our shared memories and accomplishments.

Batch registration fee = 2,000 (Preparation: Materials; manpower; and Alumni project)
Alumni fee = 600 (Food and venue)

Deadline = MAY 30, 2023
Please look or contact Ms. Novilyn Mulig our Alumni Treasurer for your payment transaction.
