Due to the continuous extreme heat conditions, Maguinda National High School will implement a modified class schedule starting tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19, 2026, until further notice.

Aron masig**o ang maayong panglawas ug optimum learning opportunity sa mga estudyante, gihatagan og discretion sugod ugmang adlawa, Agosto 18, 2026, ang mga nagkadaiyang eskwelahan, pribado man o publiko, nga mopatuman og face-to-face classes o laing alternative learning modalities. Ang maong discretion base sa kapasidad sa mga eskwelahan nga mopatuman og mga risk mitigating and management measures.

Mahimo nilang pilion ang mosunod nga learning modalities o magsuspende sa face to face classes kung gikinahanglan:

• Compressed class hours
• Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM)
• Asynchronous o synchronous learning
• Mixed modality

Aron malikayan ang grabeng kainit ang tanang outdoor activities nagpabiling suspendido samtang ang heat index naa pa sa danger nga level.

Gi-require sa City Government of Butuan ang mga eskwelahan nga magpatuman og face-to-face classes nga mag submit sa Office of the City Mayor og Risk Management Plan.

Gihangyo ang tanan nga magpabiling alerto. Alang sa mga dugang detalye, duolon lamang ang mga School Heads o mga tagdumala sa eskwelahan.

Suspendido gihapon ang klase in All Levels ugma, August 14, 2026, sa tanang public ug private schools sa Butuan City.

Gipadayon ang suspension tungod sa taas nga heat index nga gi forecast ugma, aron malikayan ang mga sakit nga mahimong dala sa sobra nga kainit.

Base sa pinakabag-ong heat index advisory, miabot sa 44°C ang heat index sa Butuan City. Tungod niini, suspendido ang face to face classes effective 10:00 AM karong adlawa in All Levels sa tanang public ug private schools.

Gihimo ang suspension aron malikayan ang heat related illnesses ug mapanalipdan ang mga estudyante, teachers, ug school personnel batok sa grabeng kainit.

Kini nga lakang gibase sa rekomendasyon sa CDRRMD, City Health Department, Butuan City DepEd, ug PAG ASA Butuan.

Samtang suspendido ang face to face classes, gi-encourage ang mga eskwelahan nga mogamit og laing paagi sa pagkat-on sama sa modular learning, performance tasks, projects, ug make up classes.

Gihangyo usab ang mga pribadong college institutions nga ikonsiderar ang suspension sa ilang face to face classes aron malikayan ang epekto sa grabeng kainit.

Due to the forecasted high heat index of 45°C, Maguinda National High School will shift to 𝗔𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 starting this afternoon, August 13, 2026, until tomorrow, Friday, August 14, 2026.

All learners are advised to:
🏠 Stay indoors and avoid prolonged exposure to heat.
💧 Stay hydrated and take care of your health.
📚 Complete your assigned learning activities at home.

Sa bawat binhing itinanim, bawat halamang inalagaan, at bawat oras na inilaan, hindi lamang gulay ang ating napalago—napalago rin natin ang diwa ng pagtutulungan, pagkakaisa, malasakit, at bayanihan.

Ang tagumpay na ating nakamit ay hindi bunga ng iisang tao lamang. Ito ay bunga ng sama-samang pagsisikap ng buong pamilya ng Maguinda National High School. Sa bawat taong tumulong, kahit sa maliit na paraan, maraming salamat. Ang inyong oras, pagod, at suporta ay tunay na mahalaga at lubos naming pinahahalagahan.
