This extension is to provide more time and a final opportunity for all aspiring students to complete their applications .

Please proceed to our campus at Estipona Village Libertad Butuan City to complete your enrollment. Our admissions office is open from Mondqy to Saturday., 8:00 AM to 5:00PM
Make sure to bring all necessary documents as follows:
1.Photocopy of Birth Certificate (3copies)
2. 2x2 ID Picture (2pcs.)
3.Origal High School Card if transfery Original TOR.
4.Original Good Moral.
5.Proceed for Medical Examination at Caraga Lying in Hospital beside ACF building.
