On 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲—Grade 11 𝗦𝘁. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 had its recollection at 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘂 𝗘𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆.

In the middle of everything moving so fast, the day gave them a reason to pause.

This day wasn’t just a break from the usual routine—it was a gentle reminder of what actually matters. Sitting together, watching heartfelt videos, and listening to each other’s stories made them realize how much strength lies in humility and how deeply rooted they are in the love of their families.

It takes courage to be vulnerable and to open up about the things they often keep hidden. Through every shared memory and quiet moment, they were reminded that home isn’t just a place—it’s the people who lift them up, forgive them, and guide them through it all.

They left with lighter hearts, deeper gratitude, and a renewed promise to love a little more patiently, forgive a little more freely, and cherish every single moment with the people they call home. 💚

Please be informed that the 1st Periodical Examinations originally scheduled for August 17–19, 2026 are rescheduled to August 19, 20, and 24, 2026 for Grade School, Junior High School, and Grade 11.

This adjustment follows the suspension of face-to-face classes and activities due to the prevailing high heat index and will allow for the orderly administration of the examinations.

Meanwhile, Grade 12 classes on August 19, 2026, will be conducted asynchronously through FSUU Learn.

The revised examination schedule has been posted for everyone’s reference. Please take note of the changes and make the necessary preparations.

In consideration of the continued high heat index in Butuan City, the FSUU Basic Education Department will continue the temporary suspension of face-to-face classes at all levels tomorrow, August 18, 2026.

To ensure the continuity of learning, classes will proceed through synchronous online learning following the regular class schedules. Learners are reminded to attend their classes regularly, participate actively, and accomplish assigned learning tasks and assessments within the prescribed timelines. They are also encouraged to communicate with their teachers or class advisers should they encounter connectivity issues or other concerns that may affect their participation.

Please also be informed that examinations for Preschool to Grade 11 remain postponed. The revised examination schedule will be posted once finalized.

Meanwhile, Basic Education offices will remain open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and regular office transactions will continue as scheduled.

We continue to closely monitor the prevailing heat and weather conditions and will provide updates regarding the resumption of face-to-face classes as soon as conditions permit.

Following the advisory issued by the City Government of Butuan, classes at all levels will continue to be conducted online on Monday, August 17, 2026, until further notice. All face-to-face activities remain suspended to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of everyone.

The 1st Periodical Examinations for Preschool, Grade School, and Junior High School and the Grade 11 Midterm Examinations scheduled on August 17 will be rescheduled. The new examination schedule will be announced separately. Grade 12 classes will continue to be conducted online via FSUU Learn.

Regular office transactions will continue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in accordance with OP Memo No. 5, S. 2026.

Our Grade School Urians were invited to Bisita Lib’rarya on August 12, 2026, as part of the 76th Adlaw Hong Butuan celebration.

The enriching experience featured a guided tour of the Butuan City Library and its Butuan Collection, giving our young learners an opportunity to discover and appreciate the rich history, culture, and heritage of Butuan City. The visit was made even more engaging through a delightful puppet show and storytelling session, bringing stories and lessons to life for our young readers.

Through experiences like these, we continue to nurture curious minds and foster a deeper appreciation for our city’s heritage—one story, one discovery, and one page at a time.

Following the announcement of the Butuan City Local Government, classes today, August 13, 2026, are suspended effective 10:30 AM due to the prevailing heat conditions.

All afternoon classes will shift to online learning via FSUU Learn. Students should check their FSUU Learn classes for their teachers' instructions and activities.

Parents/guardians may pick up their children from the campus starting this morning. Students are advised to coordinate their pick-up arrangements with their parents/guardians.

The Grade 11 examination scheduled this afternoon is moved to Monday morning, August 17, 2026.

Students who feel unwell due to the heat should immediately inform their teacher and proceed to the School Clinic for assistance.
