TreSEI-LEADS | Project Kindle: Mock Examination

The application period for Project Kindle: Caraga 2026 DOST–SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Program Review Sessions is now OFFICIALLY OPEN!

The Project Kindle: Mock Examination (Phase 3) is designed to simulate the actual scholarship examination and help you assess your readiness for the upcoming test. The mock examination will be conducted in two modes: a face-to-face examination on February 14, 2026 (Saturday), from 7:00 AM to 12:00 NN (until 5:00 PM for NEMSU - Tandag), in multiple testing centers across Caraga, and an online examination on February 15, 2026 (Sunday), from 7:00 AM to 12:00 NN.

This is your chance to prepare for the 2026 DOST–SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Examination on February 21–22. Registration is open until February 12. Slots are limited — register now!

TreSEI-LEADS | Project Kindle: Information Drive and Caravan has officially come to a close.

From one barangay to fourteen schools across Caraga, Project Kindle reached aspiring students with a shared goal: to inform, inspire, and ignite hope. As we now move forward to the Review Sessions phase, we take a moment to look back on the journey of our Information Drive and Caravan.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to the aspiring students who listened, engaged, and believed in the possibilities ahead. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the school administrators, teachers, and local government officials who made each visit possible, and to the DOST Caraga Regional Office and Provincial Offices for their guidance, support, and invaluable resources throughout this initiative.

To the dedicated officers and scholar-volunteers of TreSEI-LEADS, CSU Society of DOST Scholars, DOST- SEI Scholars Association of PNU Mindanao, Dost Scholars Association of Surigao Del Norte-DSA-SDN, and DOST SurSur Scholars Organization, your commitment and service made this journey meaningful.
