To enhance the knowledge, skills, commitment, and professionalism of non-teaching personnel in preparation for the opening of School Year 2026–2027 and to promote a positive and productive work environment.

How:
The seminar was conducted through lectures, discussions, and sharing of experiences facilitated by Dr. Jamero, who served as the resource speaker.

Participants actively engaged in the discussions and reflected on workplace challenges, commitment, and professional growth.

Part 1 of a continuing professional development program, the activity laid the foundation for succeeding sessions that will further enrich the competencies of non-teaching personnel. The participants demonstrated enthusiasm and active participation throughout the seminar.

The activity concluded with a positive mindset among the participants, encouraging them to embrace change, improve workplace performance, and contribute to a supportive and productive institutional environment. The seminar received the full support of the management as part of its commitment to employee growth and organizational excellence.
