All Grade 12 students enrolled in pilot schools implementing the Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum are now eligible to apply for the 2027 DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship.

Applicants enrolled in the Strengthened SHS Curriculum are required to submit Form E5 along with other required forms via https://ugs.science-scholarships.ph/

📅 Application is ongoing until September 17, 2026 (Thursday). Applicants are advised to submit their applications early.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students under the Strengthened SHS Curriculum, who have already submitted their requirements using Form E1 or Form E2, are not required to resubmit their applications. Previously submitted applications remain valid and will be evaluated accordingly.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL GRADE 12 LEARNERS WHO TOOK THE UPCAT 2027

To facilitate your verification in the UPCAT Form 2-A Portal, please submit a hard copy of the Certified True Copy of your Form 137/SF 10 to the Guidance Center. We will submit the documents in bulk for verification.

If you prefer to submit your Form 137/SF 10 individually, please notify the Guidance Center so we can assist you with the verification in the portal.

💙✨ KUMUSTAHAN 2026: Connecting, Listening, and Caring ✨💙

A successful Kumustahan 2026 has been conducted for all Grade 11 learners of Agusan National High School – Senior High School! 🎉

More than just an orientation, this activity provided a meaningful opportunity for learners to get acquainted with the Guidance and Counseling Center, learn about important school policies, and participate in the Psychosocial Screening through the Rapid HEEADSSS Tool pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 50, s. 2025.

As we begin another school year, we are reminded that every learner's voice matters, every story deserves to be heard, and every challenge can be faced with the support of a caring school community. Through Kumustahan, we continue to strengthen our commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Grade 12 students graduating in SY 2026–2027 who belong to the STEM strand or are among the top 5% of their non-STEM graduating class.
• Previous Grade 12 graduates who have not yet enrolled in college and meet the same STEM/non-STEM requirements.
