Today, we celebrate dreams, determination, and the bright futures of our learners! 💫

One of the major highlights of this celebration is the 2-Day Career Guidance Advocacy Symposium participated in by all Grade 12 learners.

We were honored to have our esteemed speakers share their expertise and real-world insights: Prof. Sheila Rae E. Permanes from Caraga State University, and representatives from the Professional Regulation Commission—Mr. Florindo C. Mercado, Ms. Glezza T. Ty, and Ms. Lucia Krylen R. Bebero. Their valuable guidance helped our learners gain a clearer vision of the career paths that await them.

We are deeply grateful for the support of our School Principal, Mr. Elmer Cataluña, our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Eleanor A. Masul, our dedicated Guidance Counselors and Advocates, Group Heads, Advisers, and our School Supply and Finance Team. Your teamwork and commitment made this meaningful activity truly possible 👏

This activity was made even more meaningful with the cheerful participation of Section Foucault, led by their beautiful and supportive adviser, Ms. Jo Hannah Cabajes. 💛

🌱 Mental Health Check: Processing Our Earthquake Experience 🌱

The recent earthquake has surely left many of us shaken — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Today, your advisers will be conducting Psychological First Aid (PFA) sessions in class to help everyone process the experience. 💬

This is a safe space to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences about what happened. You don’t have to keep it all inside — talking about it can help lighten the weight you’re carrying.

🧠 October is Mental Health Month, but remember — taking care of your mental health isn’t just for this month. It’s something we can (and should) celebrate and practice every day. 💚

If you ever feel the need to talk more privately, the Guidance Office is open for you. Feel free to visit — we’re here to listen and support you. 🫶
