🏴 Each participating department shall create and submit one (1) official Pirate Flag representing their assigned crew/faction.
⭐REQUIRED ELEMENTS:
• Name of the assigned crew/faction
• Crew symbol or inspired Jolly Roger design
• Department identification
• Elements related to the theme:
"Raise Your Flag. Find Your Crew. Become One of Us."
🎨 The design may be:
• Hand-painted
• Digitally designed and printed
• Mixed media
🚫Flags must be original and must NOT contain:
• Offensive content
• Discriminatory content
• Political messages
• Inappropriate material
📏 Recommended Flag Size: Approximately 3 ft × 5 ft or any size approved by the Organizing Committee.
💪 Flags must be durable enough for display during the:
• Parade
• Opening Program
• Other ARANGKADA 2026 activities
🗣️ Participants must be able to explain the meaning and symbolism of their flag when requested by the judges.
✨ Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, visual impact, and relevance to the assigned crew/faction.
⏰ Late submissions will not be accepted unless approved by the Organizing Committee.

TULONG DUNONG FOR BUTUAN CITY
ATTENTION, incoming 2nd year, 3rd year, and 4th year college students!
The application for the CHED Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Scholarship for those previously enrolled in the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2025-2026 is now OPEN.
Because of the efforts of Congressman Joboy Aquino, the funds necessary for the implementation of this program have been appropriated. The program will be implemented by the Commission on Higher Education, and all applications will be reviewed directly by CHED. This announcement is intended to inform our constituents so that no one will be left behind.
