Special Program in Journalism - Libertad National High School The Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) is developed to enrich and hone the journalistic skills and competencies of student-writers.

This program supports R.A 7079 (Campus Journalism Act) which mandates the Department of Education "to conduct and implement programs in various aspects of journalism." The program is a four-year course in journalism at the junior high school level. It is designed to develop the learners' skills in mass communication, print, online, and broadcast media.

The Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) - English at Libertad National High School is now accepting applications from incoming Grade 7 students for the School Year 2026-2027.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING
β€’ Photocopy of Report Card or with 3rd/4th Quarter Grades
Note: The applicant should have an average grade of at least 90% in both English and Filipino, and a general average of 90% and above.
