ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Bilang pag-iingat sa masamang lagay ng panahon, ipatutupad ang WALANG PASOK sa lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Bayan ng Bustos bukas, Agosto 19, 2026.

Samantala, ipatutupad ang Work from Home arrangement para sa mga empleyado ng pamahalaan, maliban sa mga kawani na kabilang sa basic at health services, disaster response, at iba pang vital services.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling ligtas at patuloy na sumubaybay sa mga opisyal na anunsyo para sa mga susunod na updates.

Alinsunod sa abiso ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Bustos, suspendido ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga Pampubliko at Pribadong Paaralan sa Bayan ng Bustos sa Agosto 18, 2026.

Ipatutupad ang Shift to Alternative Delivery Mode of Learning bilang tugon sa masamang lagay ng panahon.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling ligtas, mag-ingat, at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo para sa iba pang updates.

Bilang pag-iingat sa kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral at school personnel, walang pasok sa lahat ng antas sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Bayan ng Bustos ngayong Agosto 17, 2026 (Lunes).
Ito ay bunsod ng masamang lagay ng panahon.

Ipinapatupad ang Alternative Delivery Mode of Learning (ADML) upang maipagpatuloy ang pagkatuto ng mga mag-aaral habang isinasaalang-alang ang kanilang kaligtasan.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling alerto, subaybayan ang mga opisyal na abiso, at mag-ingat sa lahat ng oras.

Bilang alternatibong pamamaraan ng pagkatuto, hinihikayat na gamitin ang Alternative Delivery Mode of Learning (ADML) upang maipagpatuloy ang pag-aaral ng mga mag-aaral sa ligtas na paraan.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na manatiling alerto, makinig sa mga opisyal na abiso, at unahin ang kaligtasan ng bawat isa.
