[EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 004, S. 2026-2027]

BulSU Bustos LSC Governor Jenoy Mario M. Silvio has officially issued Executive Order No. 004, S. 2026–2027, mandating all classes to conduct the election of their respective class officers for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027.

This Executive Order aims to promote democratic participation, strengthen student representation, and ensure that every class is led by duly elected officers who will serve as partners of the Local Student Council in advancing student welfare, leadership, and campus engagement.

[EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 005, S. 2026-2027]

BulSU Bustos LSC Governor Jenoy Mario M. Silvio has officially issued Executive Order No. 005, S. 2026–2027, mandating the Local Finance Committee of the Bulacan State University – Bustos Campus Local Student Council to prepare, publish, and release the Monthly Financial Reports for Academic Year 2026–2027.

This Executive Order strengthens the Local Student Council’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance by ensuring the regular preparation and public release of the Council’s monthly financial reports. Through this initiative, the student body shall be kept informed of the Council’s financial status, fund utilization, and other related financial transactions in accordance with the principles of responsible stewardship and fiscal transparency.

BulSU Bustos LSC Governor Jenoy Mario M. Silvio has officially issued Executive Order No. 006, S. 2026–2027, calling for a Special Election for the BPED/BTLED Board Member position of the Bulacan State University – Bustos Campus Local Student Council.

This Executive Order ensures the timely filling of the vacant BPED/BTLED Board Member position through a fair, transparent, and democratic electoral process. It reaffirms the Local Student Council’s commitment to upholding student representation and guaranteeing that the interests and welfare of BPED/BTLED students continue to be effectively represented within the Council.

LOOK | 1st League of Class Mayors (LOCM) General Assembly Successfully Conducted

The BulSU Bustos Campus Local Student Council successfully held the 1st League of Class Mayors (LOCM) General Assembly last July 15, 2026 at the Audio Visual Room (AVR).

This was done in order to provide a venue for the enhancement of collaboration among Class Mayors through discussion about their responsibilities and roles, the GPOA of the LSC, the finance report, future plans and activities, announcement from committee/department, LOCM election and open forum for student concerns and suggestions.

Working together, we continue to promote responsible leadership, transparency and active student participation towards the empowerment of the BulSU Bustos community.
