Everyone has a dream. A vision of a life we long for—whether it’s a place, a purpose, or a person to share it with. Some dreams are whispered in prayers, others hidden in journals. But deep down, we’re all hoping for something more. However, no matter how detailed our future may seem in our minds, it won’t always turn out the way we want it to. Sometimes, God redirects us—not to harm us, but to place us somewhere better than what we had planned.

Burgos National High School conducted a service not only to celebrate the triumphs of the students as the school year 2024–2025 draws to a close, but also to remember how God has been faithful in every step of the journey—guiding, strengthening, and molding each heart for the greater plans He has prepared. This service was made possible through the help of the students and teachers, whom God used as instruments to make the thanksgiving and fellowship successful. The message was shared by Ma’am Miks Kusanagi-Braga, where she discussed how God sometimes redirects our paths to lead us to greater blessings and lessons that we wouldn’t have found on our own. She reminded us that, even in moments of uncertainty, God’s hand is always guiding us toward His perfect will.

Surrendering is not easy. It is scary to let go of control, especially when we don’t know where the path leads. However, let us always keep in our minds that God’s plan is always better. Even when our dreams feel as distant as the horizon, let us commit them to the Lord and trust that His will be done.

With hearts full of gratitude, our academic excellence awardees, junior highschool completers, and senior highschool graduates gathered to offer their thanksgiving to the Lord who has been their constant guide throughout their academic journey. It was a celebration not only of triumphs, but of every struggle vanquished, every lesson learned, and every blessing received along the way.

In the grace of the liturgy, they were reminded that true success is not just about awards or diplomas, but about growing in kindness, faith, and love. This special moment helped the students look back on their journey — shaped by the unwavering support of family, the care of teachers, the joy of friendship, and the constant presence of God.

As the new chapter unveils, let us continue to walk with courage, humility, and a heart that seeks to serve. Let us embrace it with open arms, ready to face the challenges ahead, knowing that each step is guided by the lessons of the past and the support of those who believe in us.

Announcement to all BNHS achievers, completers, graduates, teachers, and parents/guardians‼️‼️

As we approach the season we have all been waiting for and as we march forth to begin a new and educational journey. Let us not forget to acknowledge the One Above us for making this all possible.

With this, Burgos NHS will be holding a Thanksgiving and Baccalaureate Mass on Thursday at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish Church as testament of thanksgiving and celebration for HIM and for All.

The remarkable memories and experiences of TOGYUPAN 2025 will forever be cherished. From Day One’s Division Federation Election, where our Burgos district leaders showcased their exceptional leadership skills, to the energetic drum and lyre performances that set the tone for excitement. The fun continued with Togyupan Got Talent, where the student leaders participated to perform their talents and skills in front of a large crowd.

On the second day, they featured a meaningful plenary session and team-building activities, where they joined in and showed the unity and teamwork towards a common goal.

TOGYUPAN 2025 was more than just an event—it was a powerful symbol of union, triumph, and love for one another. See you again at TOGYUPAN!
