BNHS Keeps the Crown in Mrs. MFPTA 2026–2027

BURDEOS, QUEZON — The crown remains with Burdeos National High School (BNHS) as Mrs. Romelyn B. Sarte emerged as Mrs. MFPTA 2026–2027, raising a total of ₱56,355.00 during the much-anticipated district-wide search held last night.

Sarte’s victory continues BNHS’s reign after Mrs. Lorlyn C. Avila, also representing Burdeos NHS, captured the Mrs. MFPTA crown last year. With Sarte’s impressive fundraising achievement, the coveted title once again stayed in the hands of BNHS.

Completing the winners’ circle were Mrs. Agnes Magno of Burdeos Central Elementary School (BCES) as 1st Runner-Up, with ₱33,088.00; Mrs. Arinch Mae San Diego of Anibawan Elementary School as 2nd Runner-Up, with ₱33,000.00; and Mrs. Neptalie Nikki Buefano of Tulan Elementary School as 3rd Runner-Up, with ₱32,890.00.

The event brought together representatives from 15 schools within the Burdeos District, demonstrating the strong spirit of unity, support, and camaraderie among teachers, parents, learners, and the community.

Collectively, the participating schools raised an impressive ₱322,280.00, turning the competition into more than a search for a title—it became a celebration of cooperation and collective support for the district’s educational endeavors.

As the cheers subsided and the crown was placed on Sarte’s head, BNHS once again etched its name in the Mrs. MFPTA tradition, proving that the crown may change hands—but this year, it stayed in Burdeos National High School.| KAV

Grade 7 & 8 Sepak Takraw Boys Fight Like Pros, Ready to Spin Back Stronger

They may be young, but the BNHS Grade 7 and 8 Sepak Takraw Boys played with the heart, courage, and determination of seasoned athletes.

Stepping onto the court with confidence, the young kickers battled every rally with intensity, displaying impressive agility, coordination, and fighting spirit. Every sipa, sunback, and powerful strike showed their willingness to challenge every opponent and fight until the final point.

The competition tested more than their skills. It tested their composure, teamwork, and ability to bounce back when the game became difficult. Yet, the young athletes refused to back down, proving that age is never a measure of an athlete’s determination.

Although the results did not go exactly as planned, the experience gave the Grade 7 and 8 boys valuable lessons that they can carry into their next competition. Every missed opportunity became a lesson, every tough rally became experience, and every defeat became fuel for improvement.

For these young athletes, the journey is only beginning.

With continued training, discipline, and teamwork, the Grade 7 and 8 Sepak Takraw Boys are determined to return to the court stronger, sharper, and more prepared.

BNHS Blue Sharks Vow to Return Stronger

The battle may have ended, but the BNHS Blue Sharks are far from finished.

Despite falling short of their ultimate goal in the boys’ volleyball competition, the Blue Sharks showed grit, teamwork, and fighting spirit on the court. Every rally, save, block, and powerful spike reflected their determination to represent Burdeos National High School with pride.

The team faced tough competition, but every setback became a lesson. Instead of allowing defeat to define their campaign, the Blue Sharks are turning it into motivation to train harder, sharpen their skills, and come back stronger.

Volleyball is a game of momentum, and the Blue Sharks know that one loss does not erase the hard work, sacrifices, and victories that brought them to the competition. Their experience on the court has given them valuable lessons in discipline, communication, composure, and resilience.

For the players, the journey does not end with the final whistle. The next chapter begins with training, determination, and a renewed hunger to improve.

With the support of their coaches, teammates, families, teachers, and the entire BNHS community, the Blue Sharks are ready to rise again.

The court may have tested them, but it did not break them.

The BNHS Blue Sharks will return—stronger, sharper, and hungrier. 🦈🏐| KAV
