FYI:

To avoid confusion with the enrollment flow, kindly follow these steps:

1. CLEARANCE - make sure that all signatories already signed before approaching the Registrar.

2. EVALUATION - proceed to your respective Departments (CCJE/CBPA). Observe respectful ways of asking for their assistance.

3. SUBJECT LOAD - proceed to your respective Program Heads/College Designate then respectfully ask their assistance on what course/subjects are available for you to enroll this semester.

4. PROCESS YOUR C.O.R - bring your clearance and duly signed Subject Loads from your respective departments then approach the registrar personnel relative to your transaction. Make sure that after the COR is released, attach your signature, proceed to the Deans Office for signature then return the HALF of your COR to the registrar for signature because it will be used for the billing of scholarship this Academic Year. In other words, if the other HALF is not surrendered, you are NOT officially enrolled.
