With grateful hearts, we celebrate the successful conduct of the District ๐๐ณ๐ฆ๐ธ ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ด๐ฆ (๐๐๐๐) held on September 18โ20, 2026, at Valentina B. Boncan National High School, Gate, Bulan, Sorsogon.
The BSP Sorsogon Council, through the Bulan IV District, successfully brought together ๏ผ๏ผ๏ผ Senior Scouts from participating schools for three meaningful days of ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ, ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด๐ฉ๐ช๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต, ๐ด๐ฌ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ด ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฉ๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต, ๐ต๐ฆ๐ข๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฌ, ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ค๐ฉ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ค๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ.
The training provided our Senior Scouts with valuable opportunities to develop their leadership capabilities, strengthen their sense of responsibility, enhance their scouting skills, and build confidence as future leaders in their schools and communities. More than just a training activity, CLTC served as a venue for friendship, cooperation, discipline, service, and personal growth.

We are deeply grateful to our Council Chairperson, ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ, ๐๐๐๐ ๐, for gracing the opening program and inspiring our Senior Scouts with his presence and words of encouragement. His support added significance to the beginning of this important leadership training.

Our gratitude also goes to Gate Barangay Captain ๐๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐จ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ง and the Barangay Tanods for their assistance and support in ensuring the safety and security of everyone throughout the three-day activity.
Special appreciation is extended to SPTA President Ma. Kristina Ginete, Valentina B. Boncan National High School Principal and Scout Leader Aaron Gimpao, BSP School Coordinator and Scout Leader Sir Jerben Non, the schoolโs dedicated teaching and non-teaching personnel, We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the dedicated support staff of Valentina B. Boncan National High School for their invaluable assistance in preparing the venue and ensuring that the facilities were clean, organized, comfortable, and event-ready throughout the three-day training, and all the parents and guardians of our Senior Scouts whose cooperation and unwavering support contributed greatly to the success of the training.
Behind every successful scouting activity is a strong community of people who believe in the value of youth development, leadership, service, and character-building. Your time, effort, resources, and support made this three-day training a meaningful and memorable experience for our Senior Scouts.
Most importantly, we commend our 203 Senior Scouts who actively participated in the training. Through the different activities, discussions, challenges, and practical exercises, they gained new knowledge and valuable skills that will help them become more responsible, capable, confident, and service-oriented young leaders.
May the lessons learned during the Crew Leaders Training Course continue to guide our Senior Scouts as they take on greater responsibilities in their schools, families, communities, and in the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
Indeed, the success of CLTC is a testament to what can be achieved when scouts, schools, parents, community leaders, partner agencies, and the scouting organization work together toward one common goalโempowering the youth to lead, serve, and make a difference.
