The management of IMMACULATE CONCEPTION ACADEMY OF BULAN INC. hereby announces that enrollment for the upcoming School Year will start on April 13, 2026.

All new and returning students are encouraged to complete their enrollment within the designated period to ensure a smooth and organized start of classes.

Enrollment Schedule:

Pre-Elementary and Elementary Pupil (old and new)
Start Date: April 13, 2026
End Date: April 17, 2026

Incoming Grade 8 to 9 (old and new)
Start Date: April 20, 2026
End Date: April 24, 2026

Incoming Grade 10 to 11(old and new)
Start Date: April 27, 2026
End Date: May 1, 2026

Incoming Grade 12 (old and new)
Start Date: May 4, 2026
End Date: May 8, 2026

For all incoming Grade 7 students, we will update the Diagnostic Test and Orientation schedules for both students and parents.

Office Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Enrollment Requirements:

Report Card (SF 9)
PSA Birth Certificate (for new students)
Good Moral Certificate
2x2 ID Picture (if required)
Other pertinent documents, as may be requested

Enrollment Procedure:

Proceed to the Admissions/Registrar’s Office.
Submit all required documents for evaluation.
Fill out the enrollment form completely.
Pay the required fees at the Cashier’s Office.
Secure official receipt and confirmation of enrollment.

Parents and guardians are advised to accompany their child/children during enrollment for proper guidance and verification of records.
