Friday Clubyay! 💙🌍

The Science Club in collaboration with the Environmental Club members of Immaculate Conception Academy of Bulan Inc. began to clean up an area where the mini vegetable garden project will be constructed.
Students did their best to segregate the garbages. And the members also have collected materials that can be recycled and can be sold to junk shop to generate funds.

KAGANDAHAN, KALIKASAN, KALINISAN para sa mas magayon na Sorsogon

In relation to the grand launching of 7k Program headed by Gov. Boboy Hamor with the support of MENRO Bulan headed by Ma'am Kelly Tan, Provincial Office and Tourism Office, the Science Club of Immaculate Conception Academy of Bulan Inc. participated in cleaning particularly of school surroundings. This activity maybe small, but it brings great impact to the welfare of environment particularly of Sorsogon Province. 💙

Egg Drop Challenge 💙

Science Club Friyay! 💙 Sa Lab Rats, walang "broken" cause we know how to take care😉🍳😁. The club members did a 30 minute on the spot science activity called "Egg Drop Challenge." The objective of this activity is to make a container (from any of their belongings and recycled materials from ICAB environment) which will prevent the egg from breaking when the container is dropped. This activity represents the physics concept of Newton's Laws of Motion particularly, the Law of Inertia and Law of Velocity. According to msuchicago. com (2023), the Egg drop Challenge "illustrates the transfer of potential energy to kinetic energy. The potential energy from the eggs transfers into kinetic energy after an outside force (gravity) acts upon the egg."
Fortunately, all the eggs of the teams were unbrokenly reached the ground😁
