Due to the raising of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in most areas of Luzon in view of the persistent intense rainfall and strong winds brought about by Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine,” to further aid in the rescue, relief, and recovery efforts of the government, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Luzon are hereby suspended on 25 October 2024.

​Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services are hereby directed to continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The localized cancellation or suspension of classes and/or work in government offices in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives, pursuant to relevant laws, rules and regulations.

​The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

Bulalacao NHS is prideful of the recent achievement of one of our steemed Head Teachers, Ma’am Irish D. Mansalay, in passing the National Qualifying Examination for School Heads. Indeed, your hardwork, sacrifices and perseverance paid off. What you have achieved is a good example of a redirection worth emulating. Because what’s meant for us, no matter how we are denied or discouraged, will always find its way. We just have to be willingly open to change route and shift gear.

Isang mataas na pagkilala kay Sir Elson Gale F. Galeon, Bulalacao NHS Sports Coordinator, sa kanyang dedikasyon at sakripisyo upang mapanatiling organisado ang paglahok ng paaralan sa pandestritong pampalakasan ngayong taon.

Maaaring hindi tayo sanay na pumapangalawa lang. Pero tanggap natin ng buong puso ang naging resulta dahil alam nating kahit ibinigay natin ang ating best sa abot ng ating makakaya, may mas kuminang kesa sa atin ngayong taon. Ang mahalaga, mananatiling BUO ang Bulalacao NHS Family at mananatiling PALABAN, LALABAN at LUMALABAN ng may disiplina sa bawat hamong dala ng mga pagbabago at pagsubok. Pananatilihin at pagiigihan pa nating iimprove ang dati ng kilalang “Bulalacao NHS STANDARD” sa larangan ng mga patimpalak. Patuloy at sama-sama nating lilinangin pa ang galing at husay ng mga Disciplinados athletes. Gagabayan natin sila ng may disiplina at may malawak na pananaw na ang bawat laro ay may kanya-kanyang level na panalo. At ang bawat improvement, gaano man ito kaliit o kalaki, ay isang blessing. At positibo tayong maniwala na sa susunod na taon, maibabalik natin ang kampyunato sa Main.

Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng naging katuwang ng paaralan upang maging matagumpay ang aming partisipasyon sa BULSSAA Meet 2024 lalung-lalo na sa mga magulang/guardians ng aming mga atleta sa kanilang tiwala at suporta.
