In this meaningful initiative, all learners temporarily set aside classroom tasks to engage in purposeful reading. This practice strengthens literacy skills, enhances focus, and fosters an environment where a genuine love for reading is cultivated. Through DEAR, students are encouraged to appreciate literature not merely as an academic requirement, but as a vital tool for intellectual growth and personal development.

As we take this moment to read in unity, may this activity reinforce our school’s commitment to academic excellence and holistic learning. Let today serve as a reminder that reading remains one of the most powerful avenues toward knowledge, empathy, and lifelong learning.

🎯 Objective:
QUIZITIVE aims to develop students’ critical thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities by combining English and Mathematics in one meaningful academic challenge. It promotes healthy competition, confidence, and collaborative learning.

Let your art tell a story—everyone is welcome!

Theme:
“𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲.”
(Reading Month Theme)

• The contest is open to all students from Grades 7 to 10.
• Each participant must submit only one (1) entry).
• On the day of the contest, students are required to bring the following:
o 1/4 Illustration Board
o Coloring materials such as oil pastels, crayons, markers, etc.
o Other necessary tools such as pencils (Mongol), eraser, sharpener, ruler, and others
• Note: All materials must be prepared and provided by the participants. BRING YOUR OWN MATERIALS.
• Participants will be given one (1) hour to complete the poster.
• The poster must illustrate, explain, and highlight the official Reading Month theme:

“𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲.”
