Ngayong Agosto, hindi lang ʙᴜᴡᴀɴ ɴɢ ᴡɪᴋᴀ ang ating ginugunita. Ito rin ang panahon para alalahanin ang tapang, paninindigan, at wagas na pagmamahal ni 𝓑𝓮𝓷𝓲𝓰𝓷𝓸 “𝓝𝓲𝓷𝓸𝔂” 𝓐𝓺𝓾𝓲𝓷𝓸 𝓙𝓻. sa ating bayan.

Ito ang itinakdang araw ng paggunita sa kanya, bilang pag-alala sa kanyang pagkamatay sa Manila International Airport noong 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟑. Ang pangyayaring iyon ay naging mahalagang bahagi ng kasaysayan ng ating bansa at nagpasiklab ng mas malawak na pagkilos ng sambayanan, na kalauna’y humantong sa 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟔.

Ipinapaalala niya sa atin na hindi dapat maging hadlang ang panganib sa paninindigan para sa tama at katotohanan. Ang kanyang sakripisyo ay nagsisilbing paalala na ang pagmamahal sa bayan ay may kasamang tapang, paninindigan, at malasakit sa kapwa.

Sa atin ngayon, lalo na sa mga kabataan, nawa’y magsilbi siyang inspirasyon upang pahalagahan ang kalayaan, huwag kalimutan ang kasaysayan, at patuloy na magkaisa para sa mas maayos na bansa. Ang kanyang tapang ay mananatiling buhay sa puso ng bawat Pilipino.

It is celebrated every 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝟭𝟮 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘿𝙖𝙮, and across the Philippines, SK councils and youth organizations run activities on leadership, mental health, education, climate, and digital literacy.

Today, we joyfully come together to mark the special celebration of 𝘽𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙖𝙮—a wonderful time to deeply honor our province’s 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. The 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 is relaunching the 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙎𝙄𝙆𝘼𝙋—a purposeful project just by contributing spare cents for every sections that aims to promote financial responsibility, discipline, and compassion among every students.

📣 Collection starts on August 17, 2026. Every section will also create its own creative SIKAP container, showcasing the students' creativity and teamwork. Each classroom will drop their spare cents into their creative SIKAP container, where every small contribution helps create a greater impact. At the end of each term, the top three classrooms with the highest amount collected will win, while the classroom with the most outstanding SIKAP container will also be recognized and awarded. The collected funds will support meaningful projects and student-centered activities.

Today, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) held its Third General Meeting virtually through 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀. The officers together with their adviser, conducted the online call to share updates regarding their current projects and initiatives as well as to plan upcoming events.

The meeting began with 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒖𝒑𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓. The organization then covered upcoming events, including the Induction and 𝑶𝒂𝒕𝒉-𝑻𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓. After these, an open floor allowed everyone to raise questions, give suggestions, and finalize finalize tasks.

Holding virtual meetings like this keeps our leadership 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 and ensures our project plans stay organized without delays. Today the SSLG proved once again that they will always find a way to step up and deliver for the school community.
