𝑮𝑨𝑰𝑺 𝒂𝒕 40: 𝑺𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑻𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒚

After four decades, the Garden Angels Integrated School Inc. (GAIS) still stands and will continuously strive for excellence despite life’s challenges. Just last February 28, GAIS had its culminating activity to commemorate its 40th founding anniversary. It was a momentous occasion for everyone in the family, even those who were once part of it.

The day saw beautiful smiles, laughter, and togetherness as GAISians came together for the most-anticipated motorcade in Balagtas.

Balagtasenyos shared the happiness with the GAIS family as they eagerly watched the motorcade – showcasing the winners of the recently held Search for GAIS King & Queen and Prince & Princess 2026. GAISians also donned their creative and colorful costumes for their performance later that day.

Following the motorcade in the morning was the long-awaited 40th Field Demonstration at Don Pedro S. Cayetano Sports Center.

The Pre-School and Grade School Departments showcased their skills in performing folklore dances. Everyone came home winners, receiving these respective awards:
Pre-School – Best Costume
Grade 1 Sampaguita – Best Thematic Interpretation
Grade 2 Orchids – Most Creative Performance
Grade 3 Cosmos – Most colorful Performance
Grade 4 Rosal – Best Choreography
Grade 5 Camia – Most Synchronized Presentation
Grade 6 Dahlia – Best Presentation

Meanwhile, the High School Department had a tight fight as they battled it out in a Cheer Dance Competition. But at the end of the day, these are the classes that brought home the bacon!

Grade 10 Makopa – 5th placer
Grade 11 Narra – 4th placer
Grade 12 Kamagong – 3rd placer
Grade 7 Mangga – 2nd placer
Grade 10 Sampalok – 1st placer

GAIS at 40 was celebrated for an entire week during which GAISians learned a lot through their experiences. Learning took place not only in academics, sports, pageantry, and performances, but also in aspects outside the school curriculum. And this is what matters most at GAIS, teaching the learners to be resilient and be responsible, thinking individuals with a heart.
