🚨 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2026 🚨

Safety and preparedness remain a priority at Balasing Elementary School as we actively participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill.

The activity was successfully spearheaded by our School DRRM Advocate, Ma’am Henedie C. Alonzo, together with the teachers, learners, and school personnel who actively demonstrated the proper “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure and orderly evacuation practices.

Through this drill, we continue to strengthen our disaster preparedness and promote a culture of safety and awareness among our school community. 🏫🤝

In commemoration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day, the teachers of Balasing Elementary School, led by our School Principal, Ma’am Sheryl DC. Silverio, joined the Barangay Flag Ceremony together with Barangay Captain Hon. Quirino SA. Lapig, the Barangay Councilors, and Barangay Personnel.

This meaningful gathering served as a reminder of the bravery and sacrifices of our national heroes who fought for the freedom we enjoy today. As one community, we proudly honor their legacy by fostering patriotism, unity, and service to our nation.

🚨📢 Earthquake Drill 2026 📢🚨

As part of our commitment to promoting disaster preparedness and ensuring the safety of our learners and personnel, Balasing Elementary School successfully conducted an Earthquake Drill spearheaded by our dedicated School DRRM Advocate, Ma'am Henedie C. Alonzo, in collaboration with the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) Officers.

Through this activity, learners were guided on the proper safety procedures before, during, and after an earthquake. The drill emphasized the importance of remaining calm, alert, and prepared during emergency situations.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa Tau Gamma Phi – Balasing Chapter sa kanilang pagbibigay ng libreng lugaw at pandesal para sa ating mga mag-aaral sa unang araw ng pasukan.

Ang simpleng handog na ito ay nagdulot ng saya at dagdag-lakas sa ating mga batang mag-aaral habang sinisimulan nila ang panibagong taon ng pagkatuto. Tunay na ang diwa ng bayanihan at malasakit sa edukasyon ay buhay na buhay sa ating komunidad.

Maraming salamat sa inyong kabutihang-loob at walang sawang suporta sa Balasing Elementary School. Nawa’y patuloy kayong pagpalain at maging inspirasyon sa iba upang makatulong sa paghubog ng kinabukasan ng ating mga kabataan.

The first day of classes began with a meaningful Flag Ceremony, bringing together learners, teachers, parents, and stakeholders as we officially welcomed the start of another exciting school year.

Following the ceremony, our School Principal conducted classroom monitoring during the opening block to ensure the smooth implementation of classes, the readiness of learning environments, and the welfare of our learners. This activity reflects our commitment to providing a safe, organized, and conducive learning atmosphere for every child.
