The School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) successfully conducted the distribution of food packs to the parents of our beneficiary learners. ❤️

This initiative aims to provide nutritious food support to our learners while promoting the active involvement and partnership of parents in the well-being of their children.

We sincerely thank our SBFP Helpers, school personnel, and parents for their cooperation and continued support. Together, we nourish our learners and help build a healthier and brighter future. 🌱📚

Inaabisuhan ang lahat ng magulang, mag-aaral, at mga tagapag-alaga na ngayon, Agosto 18, 2026, ipatutupad ng San Ildefonso Elementary School ang HINAY (Ease-in Level) – Education in Emergencies (EiE) Framework.

Layunin ng programang ito na matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na pagkatuto ng ating mga mag-aaral habang inuuna ang kanilang kaligtasan at kapakanan. Ang mga aralin ay ipagpapatuloy sa pamamagitan ng angkop at flexible na learning modalities, kabilang ang mga gawaing maaaring isagawa sa bahay o online, kung naaangkop.

Hinihiling namin ang buong pakikiisa at suporta ng mga magulang upang matiyak na maayos na maisasagawa ng ating mga mag-aaral ang kanilang mga gawain sa panahong ito.

Sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacañang ang pagpapatupad ng naaangkop na alternative work arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan at alternative learning modes at learning continuity measures sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan bukas, Agosto 20, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng habagat.

Ang hakbang ay alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) at dahil sa banta ng localized flooding at mga panganib sa paglalakbay dulot ng patuloy na pag-ulan.

Ipatutupad ang alternative work arrangements at alternative learning modes sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

* Abra
* Benguet
* Ilocos Norte
* Ilocos Sur
* La Union
* Pangasinan
* Bataan
* Bulacan
* Nueva Ecija
* Pampanga
* Tarlac
* Zambales
* Batangas
* Cavite
* Laguna
* Rizal
* Occidental Mindoro

Hindi sakop ng alternative work arrangements ang mga ahensyang may kinalaman sa pagbibigay ng basic at health services, paghahanda at pagtugon sa mga sakuna at kalamidad

Ang mga Contract of Service (COS) at Job Order (JO) workers na ilalagay sa alternative work arrangements ay patuloy na tatanggap ng kaukulang sahod o bayad, alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran at regulasyon.

Ipinauubaya ng Malacanang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang mag-pasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.
