Typhoon, Earthquakes left and right, death and many other things that give us fear. Fear that could paralyze us and stop us from functioning properly.
We do not want to go out of our house anymore. We just hide and think about the horrible future that we imagine to come.
Truth is, we cannot stop all of these. We cannot do anything to hinder the things that are about to happen in the future...
All we could do is to give our full trust to the Lord who holds the future. He alone can calm our troubled hearts. He alone can give us the perfect peace that we need in this life.
He encouraged us to fear not... Because He will be with us...
He will be our strength.
He alone can protect our family.
He alone can save us.
Let us stay calm.
May God give is the perfect peace.

It is but proper to remember those who paved the way for the freedom we are enjoying at present.
In the same way, Jesus paid the price for our freedom...
He gave His life at the cross of calvary, for us us be free from the bo***ge of sin.
He can make us free indeed.
Jesus is our Superhero!
He is our Savior.
He is the most powerful of all...
That if we put our trust in Him, we will have the real freedom for eternity, with Him in heaven.

How important is the 1898 Declaration of Independence.
It was during this time that President Emilio Aguinaldo proclaimed the independence of the Philippines from the Spanish colonial rule in Cavite el Viejo (Kawit), Cavite. This event was also the first time the Philippine National Anthem was performed publicly and the first time the Philippine flag was displayed.

Let us continue to enjoy our freedom.
We are free to do good at all times.
We are free to share God's love to other people.
We are free to do what is right at all times.
We are free to be kind to one ang all.

What more if we will have freedom from sin?
Genuine freedom comes from Jesus alone.
Turn to Him.
Surrender your life to Him.
Let Jesus be your Lord and savior.
You will have the freedom from the bo***ge of sin.
